Thought I should make a post about how I eat on the days in between I try cooking “different” stuff, i.e. regular days with good, but low-effort, food that require no planning.
The following recipe is a perfect example of that.
It was made in a very short time, only using what I found when opening the refrigerator, and is maybe better to be seen as inspiration rather than a “real” recipe…
(..yupp, half of the reason for this post was to put the Romanesco’s on display. ;)
If you ask me, they are by far the coolest, most beautiful vegetable there is!)
